Update 0.04

Made some balance changes and bug fixes. This is an experimental build and isn't been stabilized yet. 

Patch notes:

New features - 

Health Regen is now in the game. Health Regen is also a new points upgrade.

Added a restart button in the pause menu

Buff - Beam weapon

Bug fixes - 

Fixed exploits that allowed the player to skip through rounds easily with explosive weapon.

Fixed health pickups not working

Attempted to fix issue with enemies glitching with spike powerup

Attempted to fix issue with wrong weapon spawning at start and UI menus from previous games showing up
